My experience of the wonderful Reconnect Retreat with Breda McHale at The K Club, was one of great insight. It was a two-day experience which left me energised and definitely looking forward to the next retreat. Breda is a woman of wisdom and a great teacher who provided a safe space for everyone who attended.
